Introduction
A new residential development with community facilities in Earls Barton
Redrow Homes have put forward proposals for community facilities and new homes on land to the southern edge of Earls Barton in North Northamptonshire.
The proposals, known as Earls Meadow, include new facilities such as land for a primary school, a community hall or health centre, a new country park and an extension to the existing allotments or a new community orchard, alongside up to 600 new homes offering a range of housing types to meet local needs.
Engaging with the local community is central to our approach. We are working closely with residents and local representatives to ensure the development reflects local aspirations and provides the facilities people want to see. Your feedback will play a key role in shaping the future of Earls Meadow.

How will the project move forward?
We are at an early stage in developing proposals for new homes on the southern edge of Earls Barton. Below is an outline of the anticipated timeline for key activities over the coming months and years.
The proposals are focused on integrating with the existing village and enhancing local facilities for all residents.
